Dendreon is in need of a Sr. Manager of Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits), with experience in healthcare or pharma, and 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management, human resources management, business unit management, and financial or other data analysis. This position will be responsible for the analysis of compensation and benefits programs in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization’s compensation and benefit practices.
The ultimate goal of this role is to support and sustain a high performing culture that attracts, motivates, retains and rewards employees. This position will be highly tactical, as it will require someone to completely revamp the current Compensation Plans throughout the organization. The Total Rewards Manager will pursue continuous improvement for all related processes in cooperation with the SVP of Human Resources.
