The Commercial Training and Development Director supports the Commercial organization and leads the strategy and execution of Commercial training/development program offerings. This role will work closely with Human Resources, field and home office based commercial colleagues to identify, create, and implement a comprehensive training curricula , which includes initial sales training, advanced field training, and leadership training. This role requires a professional that has established management experience, exceptional collaboration skills to interact with multi-functional teams, and exhibit sustainable leadership skills. The key responsibilities for the role are: 1) Identify key gaps in the current training program 2) Develop a strategic vision for all commercial training related to clinical and professional development and 3) Tactical execution of training curricula.
Remote position with frequent travel to headquarters located in Seal Beach, CA.
