    Dendreon seeks a  Sr Total Rewards & HRIS Analyst. The skilled individual has primary responsibility for day-to-day HRIS & Total Rewards (Benefits & Compensation) administration support.



    Total Rewards

    • Assist in continuous review, monitoring and design of competitive, cost-effective total rewards programs
    • Benefits Administration: respond to day-to-day benefit inquiries, interpret plan documents and related policies, review & process benefit enrollment transactions, reconcile benefit invoices and submit requests for payment, request appropriate payroll adjustments for benefit deductions
    • Compensation Administration: job benchmarking & market pricing, analyze & recommend salary ranges and updates, FLSA classification analysis, salary survey participation and review, annual merit & incentive programs from modeling through approval & payout
    • Provide consultative advice to colleagues on day-to-day compensation issues
    • Prepares compensation exhibits and related documentation for HR and internal business customers
    • Create, maintain, and document benefits & compensation processes, incentive calculations, spreadsheets, databases, etc.
    • Document all compensation actions taken and maintains records of such actions to ensure legal and regulatory compliance and adequate internal controls
    • Prepare exhibits and related documentation for HR and internal business customers
    • Demonstrates current knowledge of all benefits & compensation-related regulations and practices, including FMLA, ADA, ERISA, ACA, FLSA, etc.
    • Interpret plan documents and policies
    • Assists in annual and on-going employee communications to ensure employees understand and value total compensation and benefits.


    • Maintain the HRIS to ensure data integrity, security, privacy, accurate reporting and optimal performance
    • Serve as HR analytics expert, preparing metrics, reports, and dashboards to identify & track trends
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports and related metrics
    • Help define relevant metrics /scorecard data and provide timely reporting and analysis to various constituencies
    • Develop/Write reports, resolve system & data integrity issues
    • Develop, Maintain, and troubleshoot system integrations
    • Work with end users to define requirements for new or improved systems/processes
    • Identify, configure, test, communicate and train users on new functionality
    • Identify, configure, test, communicate and train users on HRIS configuration options in effort to automate processes that may currently be manual and/or suboptimal
    • Maintain, audit, and document internal controls for HRIS
    • Ensure HRIS process aligns with applicable policies


    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business, or the equivalent combination of directly related education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits & HRIS, 7+ years preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with a wide variety of audiences
    • Demonstrated high level of personal integrity
    • Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Industry experience in Pharma or Healthcare preferred
